90 day closing for selling a Flip

I have a couple that asked me for a 90 day closing on my house I just renovated. Obviously, I'd like to close tomorrow :-)

Is this a normal request? I'm not real high on tying up my property for 90 days on an FHA candidate...pre-approved, or not.
