Multi-family in Ottawa
Hello,
I only have multi-family in Quebec but I can't seem to find any attractive MF deals lately. I'm curious if there are multi family investors here who have assets in ON, maybe Ottawa or other places to shed some light on the market conditions? Would love to connect and hear about your recent experience. I'm basically trying to find some inspiration if i need to look outside of quebec.
