Question For An Experienced Indianapolis Investor.

I am heading to Indianapolis in the next couple of weeks to look at the operations of a company who I advised and mentored in the past. In the meantime, I am going to buy a couple of properties from them to test out their processes and service. I want to run a couple of addresses by a few Indianapolis investors and see what they think about the properties and areas.

This is not a trust issue for me - I know the owners of the company well. This is about getting good data and knowing what I need to know before I walk into town. I want to get some educated and experienced input from other investors in the area.
