My name is Joseph Alvarado. I'm an investor (also licensed real estate agent) in the suburbs of Chicago. I am in search of a BRRR deal! It can be SFH or multi (6 units or below). Anywhere in Illinois! The more distressed the property the better. Message me if there are any deals out there to be had. I can purchase asap!
