Searching for BRRR deals in Illinois!

Hello Everyone!

My name is Joseph Alvarado. I'm an investor (also licensed real estate agent) in the suburbs of Chicago. I am in search of a BRRR deal! It can be SFH or multi (6 units or below). Anywhere in Illinois! The more distressed the property the better. Message me if there are any deals out there to be had. I can purchase asap!

P.S. I've been a huge BP and Brandon Turner fan since 2020. I owe them all the credit in giving me the knowledge and confidence to begin the RE investing journey.
