Seller assist- buyback
We sold our condo via seller assist October 2023 with a five year balloon payout and received 20% deposit at closing. The new owner has lost his job and will relocate for a new one. He is asking if we would like to buy it back before he lists it. These are hard to sell as they are cash only. What would you do? Buy it back or let him list it? Or is there an alternative I'm not seeing?
