Long-term investment Coolidge Area?

Hello,

My husband and I are starting to explore purchasing another long-term investment property. We have one in Surprise - bought it 11 years ago - and love that area, but believe we are priced out of that market right now and wanted to explore other Arizona areas that may be up and coming. Does anyone have feedback or suggestions on locations. I've been reseraching Coolidge area and am wondering if anyone is has properties there and has any insight into that market or if you have recommendations on other areas that we should consider. We are also considering a few areas in Florida as well.

Hey @Jennifer Rivera, I know several investors are moving towards Florence as a popular long term investment area. It is slightly more built out and established than Coolidge. Let me know if you want more info!

@Jennifer Rivera , we manage in Coolidge, Casa Grande, and Arizona City. The market is good in Pinal County; the job growth has been solid, with companies like Lucid and others growing in the area.

Especially if you buy it right.

At least 3/2. Bedrooms/ Bathrooms.

Get a good small family.

Small Deposit !!!

High Rent!!!

1 year lease at least.

Get the right contractor.(Investment friendly)

Have the house flow and small staging of bathrooms and Kitchen.
