Does anyone have any guidance or tips for purchasing properties thru Ohio Sheriff Sales?  I am basically looking for good value to flip.

I assume you have 100kish in cash? I assume you know how to determine reno costs withOUT getting in the prop? You know how to determine ARV, you have crews ? I have purchased about 100 from the sheriff auctions in Cleveland, you need to know exactly what you are doing. Also since you are new, I suggest you do not go down this path,
