Buying property in Albany, GA
Anyone with any experience buying really estate in Albany, GA area? I came across 2 duplexes and a triplex for what seems like a good price for me, being from Washington state that seems to pencil out pretty well but don't really know the area. Anything to look out for or any advice for first time buyers in Albany, GA area? Thank you!
