Flipping in Clermont
I am thinking about relocating to clermont and thinking of hiring a flipper to identify discounted properties for me to purchase and for them to get paid a handsome profit. I am looking specifically for homes built by dreamfinders. Would this be too much of a challenge for a flipper or wholesaler?
