Seeking a mentor

Amy Rieschick
Posted

Hi,

I'm new to RE investing, but a professional with cash who is looking to analyze some deals and move fast. I always hear on podcasts and from others "find a mentor". I'm in the California market currently and also analyzing out of state deals as well. I have a few strategies in mind and would like guidance in building out my plan and analyzing deals. Thanks in advance!

The type of mentor you can easily find is the one who likes your cash. It is scary to start out, we've all been there and wished for someone to watch over our shoulder when we started. But residential real estate is not rocket science. Read some good REI books, ask questions on BP. Nobody watches your money like you do.
