Hi, 

I'm new to RE investing, but a professional with cash who is looking to analyze some deals and move fast. I always hear on podcasts and from others "find a mentor". I'm in the California market currently and also analyzing out of state deals as well. I have a few strategies in mind and would like guidance in building out my plan and analyzing deals.
