Would you say Connecticut is a good place to invest in a long term rental property?

As you have tagged Waterbury I would advise against this area. The crime rate is very high and the property tax is out of control

@Theo Henry - I invest throughout central CT and own a property management company. I do believe that CT is a good place to invest in a long term rental property. With that said, like so many areas of the country, the numbers do not work at today's prices. If you have a long term horizon for deploying your capital, I think CT will continue to perform really well for the extended future. I'd be happy to talk about this more with you.
