First Time Loan (DSCR) Advice

Hello,

I am working through the sales process right now and it seems the DSCR lender I am working with is not very helpful (but I don't know what to expect). In my normal business, I have relationships built with a commercial banker that makes the process for acquiring funding very simple. It seems like the DSCR fees and rates are all over the place.

Here is my question: What is the best way to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with a lender in this market? With these transactions being larger and not as frequent, it seems more difficult than a typical business relationship.

Thanks!!
