Looking to sell a mostly completed project. 4 plex A+ location
Long story short- My partner and I bought a house in an A+ location hoping to rent it out to traveling nurses. Life took some pretty hard swings at us in the last year and it put us back too far for us to be able to finish the project. We no longer have the funds, time, or bandwidth to complete it.
The project still needs $10-$15k of work. 3-4 blocks from Broad Ripple Ave, 3-4 blocks from Monon.
We are looking for a quick close, but we will need 2-3 week post-sale occupancy permission to get ourselves sorted as neither of us has much free time.
