Turning foreclosures into tenants
Are there successful business models for buying foreclosed properties and turning occupants into tenants? Foreclosure activity will grow in 2026 and I want to understand how to exploit.

Why would you want someone that doesn't pay their own mortgage as a tenant? Do you think they will miraculously turn into people that pay their bills? Get rid of them. Do any upgrades needed to the property. Get good tenants using a qualified PM that screens tenants really well. Life will be so much easier for you that way.
