Sourcing Pre-Foreclosure & Probate Deals

Matthew Beninate
Posted

Hi everyone,

What tools or websites have you used to successfully source pre-foreclosure and probate deals?

I am looking for unpaid sources primarily but am also open to paid sources.

Do you mind elaborating a little on that? How has the person from your REIA dealt with it for 7 years and cost him $80,000?

In that case he was sued violating the S.A.F.E. Act.

If you want your head to 'xplode there is also some guy doing a tour telling people that they can buy pre-foreclosure properties with no money down and no repercussions.

Seems there is some disagreement about that by people who can prosecute. The odd thing is, he's presumably free to say what he wants regarding the matter, but using his techniques is dicey, to say the least.
