I'm closing on my first property today in Cleveland, Ohio so figured it was a great time to start meeting new real estate professionals in the area (or outside the area). Looking for some local real estate groups to connect with and learn from. I plan to scale my portfolio in the coming years and would love to connect with others who have similar ambitions! Lots of networking events around the city, and you will find that you see a lot of the same faces at each one. And everyone that is active tends to know everyone else that is. These are a good way to get into the mix, and to know that an agent that you meet is active in the investment space, and to vet them.
