Looking for quick sale
My wife had to move her dad into a senior living and we are looking to sell his home in Fort Myers Shores. Address is 12374 Fourth st. Property is owned by my Father in law and his wife however his wife is a ward of the state in Pinellas county so we are working on the paperwork right now. The realtor that was chosen seems to be dragging his feet and won’t list the property until contents are removed and hasn’t pursued the paperwork for the Guardian.
Looking to sell. Make us an offer. ARV is about $220. Home is 3/2 block with large lot, blocks from the river. New roof, with Solar. Brand new HVAC. Needs total renovation but fully functional now, just really outdated. Realtor was going to list it for $199k but we haven't signed a contract with him so realtor fees are not baked in so give us an offer.
My wife and I both reside in Virginia or I’d do all this myself.
