I have been getting 2 to 5 letters a week form reverse yellow letters.. IE in my JV ventures in the 11 states that I fund deals in .. I am getting letters from other wholesalers that are DESPERATLY trying to get a hold of me to buy their homes... Please call them right now so I can also add their home to my portfolio.
So there you go all you buy and hold junkies just buy a few homes and have a non situs address and you should get wholesalers pounding your mail box wanting to sell you property. No need to contact WEst coast Turn Key marketing folks you can buy direct and save thousands..... :)
