Due Diligence

Hello,

Looking to buy a couple single family homes in my area, fix, and sell. I need to approach a realtor with experience in my target area to pull mls comps, cma, bpo and any other relevant info that will help me in determining value. Any suggestions on what I need to say to get this realtor to help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The biggest question you are going to get from a agent is why should I do this for you? So you need to be ready to address the question of "why" they should help/work with you!
