asking for rent roll-how far back?
I am looking at a tri-plex and the seller has had it for 10 years.
the agent is telling me the two of the 3 apts are rented :
one for 8 months, starting 6 months ago and the other for 5 months now. both are new tenants . How far back can i ask to see the rent roll. i woul d like to know the rental history for the last 3 years, is that unreasonable?
