Getting around Homepaths "first time homebuyer" requirement

Hello,

I am interested in putting in an offer on a homepath property but have to wait 1 month as non-investors are given priority over investors.  Anyone aware of any "loopholes" to get around this requirement?

Nope. Their criteria is pretty cut and dry; move in as your primary residence or face fines ($250,000 I believe). If you want some more to read on the subject search here on BP for "first look" that should bring up some past threads where this discussion has been hashed out before.
