Nice to read everyone's input. I am purchasing a 4 family that has....get ready for it....4 furnaces (natural gas) and 4 water heaters (also natural gas) piped to one unlined flue! I don't want to replace them as they are functional but need to find a better solution. I have a second chimney that is not being used and may have to reline it and use it. Anyother suggestions would be greatly apreciated it

@Ryan Dossey : CT has been 15 days but I am noticing more properties being posted for 20day first look. For example the following property has 16 additional days: https://www.homepath.com/listing?listingid=4606808....

Thanks for your input guys.
-Matt thanks for "first look"tip
-Ned, I agree with your statement but also like to perform further due diligence in situations like these.
-Chris and Aaron: I agree the property will go fast and don't mind paying asking as the numbers still work wonderfully on it at this price.

Hello,
I am interested in putting in an offer on a homepath property but have to wait 1 month as non-investors are given priority over investors. Anyone aware of any "loopholes" to get around this requirement?
