House hacking Northeast Ohio Financing

Has anyone house hacked in Northeast Ohio and have you found a bank that will lend an FHA loan or allowed less than 20% down on a 4 plex I'm planning to use as my primary residence?

@Nicholas Novak

You can use a FHA loan for a primary residence four plex.

Freddie Mac requires 20 percent down and Fannie Mae requires 25 percent done for a four plex. Your best bet for a low down payment is FHA.
