How many Realtors do you work with?

Hi BP Nation!

I have found myself in what I feel is a "situation."  I have, for one reason or another, several Realtors sending me properties to look at. 

If I have a discussion with a Realtor, we look at some properties, they give me AVM's for ARV, etc. - does that mean I'm in a monogamous relationship - so to speak - with them? Am I cheating on them with the other Realtors and didn't even know it?

How many Realtors do you work with?

I work with one realtor per area. Our key to our success has been loyalty from our realtors. We have done very well because we use one realtor and have a good teputation!
