Single Family Homes under $65K

Hello,

I plan on purchases four single family homes in the Dayton-Fairborn area in Ohio. My first question is can I get financing for a mortgage in the $65K price range after putting 20 percent down? Is there anyway to get one mortgage for all four properties at once?
