Hi there! I'm new to the forum and am considering a purchase in Atlanta as my first investment deal. The property is located off sandtown road. I know it's not the best area, but the rent is 100% aha paid by a long term tenant, making for a great return.  It's my first deal so a little nervous by the area but excited by the return! Any insights or opinions?? Thank you so much!
