I'm looking to purchase a multi family home. Is it possible to purchase the home with a business loan? It won't be a primary residence so I wouldn't need a regular mortgage loan. I don't want to have to live in it for a year. So I'm just trying to figure what options do I have to secure this great property before it's too late.
