Is it possible to get started in real estate or to find any one to approve you for a loan with a credit score below 620? 

How do you guys search for your investors? I'm in Atlanta but have a friend who wants to sell her home in NYC. Hoping you have a method that I maybe able to apply here in GA. I too am just starting out and would love some great advice

What other cities cant you wholesale properties in NY.

I'm looking to purchase a multi family home. Is it possible to purchase the home with a business loan? It won't be a primary residence so I wouldn't need a regular mortgage loan. I don't want to have to live in it for a year. So I'm  just trying to figure what options do I have to secure this great property before it's too late.

Im looking to purchase my first property to landlord this year. But having a hard time trying to figure out what is the best way to fund it with 0 or little money down. So if anyone has ideas or some great options that will help I will appreciate it.

My name is Ryan as you can see I am new to this site. I am also new to real estate investing. I'm currently still trying to learn what I can but I hope to have my first property by May or sooner don't want to rush into anything. I would love to get the proper tools and knowledge to where one day I can help others and people who to get by everyday, by showing ways to become financially free for free. I look forward to speaking with everyone so excited about this. I'm near Atlanta, GA in the city of Duluth where I plan to begin my adventure. I'll be turning 26 years old this Mayand I will be getting engaged to a beautiful young lady February of 2016. We hope to have kids one day. And I don't want them to have to struggle through life like I did. I'm looking to make a change for myself and my future family. Any advice will be great.
