How long have you been involved with Renatus?

How much have you personally spent on your RE education with Renatus?

I am very interested in this program but I am aware that in order to be successful you have to study the numbers. Thank you!

As far as breaching some sort of contract regarding costs, their course costs are on their public sites, so now worries there! Just interested in how much you've personally invested and how many RE deals you've done/how much your return on that investment has been? Thanks for you time!

Yes--it is a home run.  Most full spectrum education platform there is out there.  I love it.

I would like another virtual assistant team to support that activity alone.  Anyone got a VA team that specializes in merely that?

The next bubble is going to pop and we need to scale the teams to educate and train across the US so all sensors are out for the "honey pot" areas thick with deals!

Yep...  I paid the $20,000 for the Renatus education.  In addition, I am an ICM that sells it.  Do I do that much--not yet.  I did one guy and he failed to progress with purpose.  So I neglected that aspect (selling it)  Here's is why.  THERE IS LOTS of material to the education and I can not devote as much time doing the training and education co-instruction as someone goes through the courseware.  How valuable is someone who has completed the course....  HUGELY valuable.  Why is it so valuable...  when you have the calls coming in from your ads, bandit signs, Facebook business ads and alike it is ideal to have the person picking up the phone call to be multi-deal fluent.  Motivated sellers would like options.  The simple options most wholesalers have is roll someone up in a deeply discounted cash offer that is really an assignable contract for someone else to close on.  That wholesaling is just one of many paths trained.  But the point remains the same the leads cost $$$$$ to generate and most importantly TIME.  I love that those Renatus graduates can do lease options, short sales, owner carry, subject to's, wraps, vacation rentals and much much more....  At this very moment I have (3) deals in contract to close where I am selling in San Antonio and 1031'ing the money to places like canyon lake, TX to do more AirBnBs or the panhandle of Florida for the same thing.  The other part of the renatus is allows you to learn things right the first time  (called the law of primacy), review as you want (law of recency, and law of repetition) and was developed by doctors of learning.  I am in the process of re-accomplishing courseware within it with now.  I have invested for 30 years, served 21 years in the military, own 120 units, was an Air Education and Training Command Master Instructor so I am well versed in the Instructional Systems Design and Development methodology.  As with any tool (Renatus courseware is a tool) it can be underutilized by unaccomplished real estate investors for the sole purpose of training and education sales...  To me it is the educational spine of the team I am in the process of building.  Thus I am redo'ing the course to expand upon what is stated in the courseware and couple my virtual assistants and transaction coordinators in a manner where it runs more like a business and a machine so that the people who are Renatus "matriculating" can get a more immersive learning moment.

I've been a member of Renatus for 3 plus years, up until this year I was a part time investor. But in that time I have acquired 6 doors and carry one note. I've also been involved in numerous fix and flips as a partner and all have been profitable. What I learned through the education has been invaluable.

The cost for me was 20k and I have access to the education 24/7 plus any updates that are done.

Plenty of rich folk out there who ONLY got there through real estate investing!
