Hello,
I am looking to get some 1st hand info on investing in rentals (short term) in Greece.
Should I contact an agent directly locally there?
Should I even try to leverage my money or cash purchase?
"Golden-Visa" - what do you know about it?
Rental permits in Greece, any info?
What should I account for when renting out the place?
We are thinking about living there part-time, so probably a guest house as well. Any thoughts?
