Hey guys, I wanted to put my feelers out since I'll be visiting April with a couple of other BP members in Mid April. Is anyone interested in doing lunch or see if its a good area to put some capital to use? Are there still deals to be had? What are the challenges for collecting rent? Any good PM companies?

Why would you want your property manager to drive to the house when a water pipe bursts? I would much rather they instruct the tenant to turn off the water at the main and call a plumber.
