I am looking at a property where the city has marked as an area of potential landslide.

Wondering if any BPers that worked on properties with a potential landslide risk?

Some thoughts about potential concerns:

• Insurance concerns
• Structural / foundation concerns
• Potential financing issues
• Potential challenges in resale

Any best practices and suggestions for other things to look out for?
