Buying a SFR That Has A Reverse Mortgage

I have a house under contract where the owner has a reverse mortgage. I understand that the seller will have to pay the lender out of the proceeds, but I'm wondering if there are any ways that a better deal for both parties can be arranged.

Any suggestions ??
