Hidden homes
I bumped into 2 properties in the past few weeks which were oddly placed - actualy hidden - behind other properties. Obviously it's listed significantly cheaper than the comps but I'm wondering what and how do I account for this in figuring out what it's really worth? Oh, and who would even be interested in living there other than a lonely soul?...
