Just to put my post in perspective, I posted this having in mind a realtor who's relatively new to his game and was wondering if it's a smart idea to negotiate his commission based on his experience.

Is it worth negotiating commission with the agent selling your property, and if yes how?

Would love to hear from someone who bought a house that's not seen from the streets as described in my previous post. 

I bumped into 2 properties in the past few weeks which were oddly placed - actualy hidden - behind other properties. Obviously it's listed significantly cheaper than the comps but I'm wondering what and how do I account for this in figuring out what it's really worth? Oh, and who would even be interested in living there other than a lonely soul?...
