Hi Guys: My name is Ed and I just joined BP. 

Started investing at 21. 

Now I have 13 properties working on 14 and 15. 

I was able to quit my job as an engineer when I was 23 almost a year ago. 

I buy cash flow properties in Chicago suburbs. Would love to meet other local investors. 

Now I am full time investor. My goal is to own 25 properties by 25 years old and pay them all off by 30. 

I follow the model of 2-5-7 Cash Flow For Life very closely for all my investments.

I am was on the Radio with Andrew Holmes (Chicago's #1 Flipping Team) so I though I would post that video.
