Lol, cmon man! You're in for a journey if you consider those real problems. Maybe the leak in the bathroom but those are all very simple fixes.

Key and doorknobs shouldn't matter cause you should be replacing those anyway.

Uh, no. You were buying "as is", I assume.   Cracks that weren't there before....you should have done a walk thru the day of the sale, prior to closing.  Everything else you should have figured out before your inspection period was over.

I certainly bought a lemon house, brick over wood frame "as is."  Seller disclosure statement mentioned previous owner had a termite problem.... now, my current project is removal of all the exterior brick with a complete rebuild of wood frame.  We're looking $50K+.

Thanks guys, I have learned a lot from everything, including your comments here. My only "Big" concern was the plumbing leak in both bathrooms and the mildew around the furnace.  I know the other stuff is minor, and it was all taken care of by my handyman. The thing that really bothered me was that the inspection should have caught this stuff. The leak, the cracks, the mildew.... but nothing was indicated.

I will, for future properties, do a walk through before signing on new purchases. The crack isn't too wide, but is long. It spans from the window, to the wall. in 2 directions. Hopefully its not foundation issue, but only time and my contractors will tell.

This is just a lesson in "you live and you learn" Thanks for all the tips, talk, and information :)

Is this going to be your own home or an investment property?

In MD a seller must disclose "Latent defects" In other words defects that are not easily detectable by a thorough visual inspection. This must be disclosed Even when buying "as is" My guess is CA has a similar law.

But if you are buying this as in investor I doubt you are going to find much sympathy from anyone including courts.

I replace locks when I take a unit. I also do a walkthrough less than 1 hour before closing, usually 30 minutes before closing. Anything not right since inspection, no closing or money to make it right. Almost everything you listed should have been caught on inspection other than only getting one key at closing, unless there was an earthquake between walkthrough and closing.
