Finding a buyer
My neighbor is thinking of selling his townhome/condo. Largely because I asked if he were interested in selling. After I let him know what the comps are and he gives me a price, How do I go about assigning the property and finding a buyer. This will be our 1st flipping venture and I would love to make the right moves from the start.
