Share your Prefab and Modular Home Projects!

Hey Guys, I design and build modular and prefab homes here in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas, and I'm just wondering if anybody has any Modular/prefab projects you have worked on that want to share about. Maybe you were the homeowner or maybe you were the contractor? 

Please share things like:  Where you built, what you spent, did you live in or rite away sell your home, did you have good experience with building home, and advice or tips you want to share, etc? Were always interested in hearing about different modular/prefab projects you have worked on, and what kind of experiences you've had, and most of all any projects you were successful with....?
