Who would be the best professional person (i.e. realtor, wholesaler, etc. ) to help me sell my rental properties ?

@Patrick Thomas Mc Manus I think the real question that needs to be asked is how fast do you need to sell?  If you don't need to sell now go with a realtor and take your time with the best price possible.  If you are in more of a hurry a wholesaler will get you a cash buyer. It it will be discounted.  If you go with a wholesaler I'd leave the tenants in place because the investor will like the current cash flow.  If it's a single family rental and you are selling retail you may want to take the tenant out, but then you need to clean it up and get it presentable for a retail buyer.  It all comes back to how fast you want to sell and at what price.
