Yes it's the first time I'm selling and need guidance on whether to keep the tenants and sell to investors or keep them vacant and sell to people who would want to live in them.

They are all SFRs with a positive cash flow.

Who would be the best professional person (i.e. realtor, wholesaler, etc. ) to help me sell my rental properties ?

I would like you to give me some advice if you can, I have one of the tenants that is asking for gas supply in one of my houses and the connection charges are over $500, am I obliged to pay for this or shall the tenant pay since it was not there when they rented this house ?
