Hello everyone,

Anyone who has experience is owner financing deals I would love to learn how you negotiate your deals. I'm getting a lot of houses under contract but haven't had much luck closing on them. Any advice would be tremendously appreciated thank you.

@Anthony Johnson There are not many coaches I like but for this I have to call on @Brian Gibbons if it has to do with owner financing this is who you want to talk to. On the other hand I will say this is my absolute favorite niche if you really have that many deals you have a gold mine in your hands. You have to get this at the right price something that can resemble a mortgage not a high mortgage payment though a higher payment will motivate the buyer to refinance and cash the seller out sooner.
