Hello, I am an investor south of Louisville, Kentucky. I am looking to expand my buy and hold portfolio and was wondering if anyone here on BP knows a great place to quickly estimate market rents. Thanks for your help, Corey

Rentometer.com works pretty good for quick check of average rents, when you know the address of a prospective property.
