Made An Offer On 1st property!

We finally figured we would do a house hack on our first property because of the wedding that is approaching. We found a 3/2.5 near Jodeco Lake in Jonesboro, GA and the seller actually tried to fix it up already. They did a horrible job on flooring but it's whatever. So they were asking for 145,000 for the property. We made an offer for 130,000 but that was a week ago. We haven't heard a peep from the agent. What should we do?

@Nicholas Smith

Did you make the offer through an agent or directly to the listing agent? If you made the offer directly to the listing agent, I would give the agent a call or stop by their office. Many real estate agents have multiple properties and receive a lot of email - sometimes your offer can get lost in the shuffle. At the very least, the agent should be able to provide a response and usually an explanation. If you have your own buyer's agent, its their job to stay on top of such things. I would be shopping for a new one.
