FSBO transaction

Hello BP,

I am selling a condo FSBO in AZ & have found a buyer. I am using the Purchase & Sales Agreement I downloaded from the forms section. This is the first time I have ever completed a FSBO & I am wondering if there's anyone who is able to help me ensure I complete it accurately please.

I already have a title company & a list of all of the costs involved with the closing.
