Canadian investors please help us

We've been asked to bring one of our products, PropertyLeadsPro, to Canada by a few investors. I've gotten good feedback from them, but I'm wondering what websites you, as a Canadian investor, monitor to find deals. We're already covering Kijiji, Craigslist, Backpage, PropertyGuys, ComFree, and ForSaleByOwner.ca. Are there other sites to scour for potential motivated seller leads?

I'm very familiar with the US markets, but could really use some help from north of the border.
