@Naveen Desai We don't handle the agreement between the investor and the bird dogs as that varies from state-to-state and based on how each investor chooses to pay. I don't have any personal experience with either product, but I have heard good things about Kent Clothier's software from many investors in different markets. I'm afraid I don't have specific answers to your questions, but I will ask around and report back if I get any good feedback.

I'm aware of Cameron Dunlap's software, but I haven't heard any feedback either way.
