Realtor Fees
Good Morning,
I am interested in buying 1 of 3 properties. I don't currently have a realtor, and have a few questions.
1. Since I basically have done alot of the research on my own, how do you go about negotiating with realtors to reduce their fees? I am trying to understand how this works. I get that the seller basically pays the fee, and it may be split a certain way between the buyers and sellers agents, but if I have done most of the work, isn't there some room for negotiation?
Lets start there, I'm sure other questions will come up. Thank you.

I get my seller more money than they were expecting, and I make more money in the end since my commission is not split, even if it were reduced. Every time without fail that someone who has bought a property from me without an agent has overpaid for that property.
